Not a very difficult area, but always a good one to start the 
night event season or to learn the techniques. However, it does 
have some some tricky areas in the dark and shouldn't be underestimated.
I originally planned to have the second loop run the ooposite way 
around from the first but the map needs some updates and with limited 
time for planning I had to resort to two similar circuits. 
Nice to have a few favourable comments and especially nice to have
such a mild day to stage the event.
